How am I so scared for my life that I want to be the one to take it?

I don’t want to be made to suffer I don’t want to have to wait for that.

"When watered, the human spirit will bloom even in concrete. ... Retribution has its limits. You can't punish a man into wholeness. But you can love him there. You can show him a mirror that reflects not who he was but who he could become. When we stop punishing and start restoring, we rise."
The Beacon uses a “human-centered” collaborative approach with staff and extends greater educational and programming opportunities, as well as offers mental health services to prepare people for their reentry to the outside.

Corporate America’s playbook:

1) Exploit workers to maximize profits
2) Use profits to buy Congress
3) Use Congress to pass union-busting laws
4) Use these laws to further exploit workers
5) Repeat

Let's break the cycle and keep building back a powerful labor movement.

The mass deportation of undocumented people was one of Hitler’s largest coercive policies before the war. This set off a chain of events which can give us a useful perspective on where we are now.

Sure, the difference between hundreds of applications and thousands is just a number, but it’s a fucked up trajectory and getting worse. Yeah i know a “negative” attitude or being vocal about awareness is bad for my job chances. Gotta be most subservient, groveling serf

This is why I think the combination of consolidation of media and tech companies, and the roll out of LLMs and AI is so aggressive. For about 20 years, the average users experience w/the internet was a riotous democracy that spawned a slew of social movements. They want an end to it.
More and more I think the purpose of LLM’s is to turn humanity into helpless idiots dependent on Silicon Valley’s digital snake oil

Streaming music isn't my thing (I have like 2 decades worth of curated playlists and can't even put them on shuffle), but...this really sounds like Tidal is the way to go if you do.
"If everyone who streamed All Hell on Spotify had done so using Tidal instead, we would have received an extra £31,847.38, which would double the amount we made from streaming of the album in this time period. Or if everyone used Apple Music it would have been £12,331 more."
