From an industrial safety standpoint, do you know how utterly irresponsible it is to have an untethered robot with no impact limiters on it, teleoperated like this?

Alternatively, taking a genet out to lunch or dinner, but then having to get them off the table once the food arrives, because they're doing that solitary critter food aggression thing, propped up sideways, arching, bristletailed, hissing defensively at anything that moves towards the food.
Trying to take a genet anywhere, but you can't convince them to climb down off that tree and stop bristling at anything moving nearby.

People don't dislike Tim Sweeney nearly as much as they should.
The back catalog thing really hits home: They only didn't use it then because they couldn't.
If they're unethical enough to use it now, they were likely always that unethical, and you should not support thieves.

Every time I learn that a game was made using AI, I make a note to never buy it. Every time I learn that a games company is using AI without disclosing it, I make a note to never buy anything from them ever again, even items from their back catalogue predating gen-AI.

If the CEO of a company says anything favorable about generative AI/LLMs, the whole company goes in the trash. You know if they feel comfy enough to say shit like that, they're pushing people down river from them to use it / outright requiring it.
Every time I learn that a game was made using AI, I make a note to never buy it. Every time I learn that a games company is using AI without disclosing it, I make a note to never buy anything from them ever again, even items from their back catalogue predating gen-AI.
