Finally decided to see what all the Epstein Files and House Petition is all about: its a bill that would need to also be passed in the Senate, and by the President, before his agencies would release the files. So this obviously is not happening, what a waste of time on this.

Today, Members of Congress got their paycheck unless (as I did) they wrote a letter to the House saying to withhold the pay pending the shutdown.
Meanwhile, Congressional staffers went without pay today.
Every member should answer whether they took the paycheck while their staff got nothing.

Remember when the Supreme Court gave a pass to a state that created a private right of action crafted with the purpose of evading federal law and judicial review?
States should experiment with a similar law to allow damages actions against federal agents in state court.
