Unions single-handedly pulled my mom's family out of regular poverty and my dad out of extreme childhood poverty to give me a solidly middle-class childhood, education and all the amenities (health care, food, etc)
Why do you appreciate unions?

A mistake I will not repeat again: did not purchase ALL of the yarn I needed for a blanket up front, thinking I would just order more when I needed it. Aaaaaand now they've discontinued half of the colors I was using and I'm not experienced enough to know how to find equivalents elsewhere.

I cooked the first ever turkey for this galumph of a dog and he now loves me forever, so that's a pretty neat thing. We won't talk about the rest of it. Dogs are pretty good.
Guys, I'm not going to lie, this elder care vacation is probably going to fall through and the burn out is burning me the f*ck out, extra special holiday stress edition, but!
