That's twenty-seven flat-out murders. That's twenty-seven lives taken without even a semblance of a legal justification under domestic or international law.

Fucking ceasefire violations already. Couldn't expect Isreal to honor their ceasefire. Killing civilians again this quick. They couldn't hold back their bloodlust for long, huh?

A 13-year-old boy was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Everett after an interaction with members of the Everett Police Department and sent to a juvenile detention facility in Virginia, according to his mother and immigration lawyer Andrew Lattarulo.

The boy’s mother, Josiele Berto, was called to pick her son up from the Everett Police Department on Thursday, the day he was arrested. After waiting for about an hour and a half, she was told her son was taken by ICE, Berto told the Globe in a phone interview.

“My world collapsed,” Berto said in Portuguese.

From the police department, the boy was taken to ICE’s holding facility in Burlington on Thursday evening, where he spent a night before being transferred by car to the Northwestern Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Winchester, Va., on Friday morning, his mother said. The juvenile facility is more than 500 miles away from Everett.

The boy is a 7th-grader at Albert N. Parlin School in Everett, his mother said. The teen and his family, who are Brazilian nationals, have a pending asylum case and are authorized to work legally in the United States, Lattarulo said.

It's the new highways through Black neighborhoods: Data centers
chadstanton.blacksky.app
I’m sure it’s just a coincidence that all these data centers are going into communities that have been historically targeted for exploitation and have the least amount of civic power wielded by the people living there.

Why Are Plans for This Alabama Data Center So Hush-Hush?
Officials in Bessemer, Alabama, are mum on Project Marvel, a proposed data center the size of 18 Walmart Supercenters.

I've never watched #LoveisBlind but my loctician had it on so I watched 3 episodes. And all of these people need to be in therapy and not on TV. The producers are more focused on creating drama than couples.

This is how propaganda works. They slapped an image on this from Los Angeles in 1992 during Rodney King riots.

I’ve thought about this a lot. We’re back in the 19th century: “Show me your walking papers.”

Gov. Pritzker: "[ICE is] just picking up people who are brown and black and then checking their credentials. I don't know about you, but I don't carry around papers that say I'm a U.S. citizen. So U.S. citizens are getting detained and arrested."

Only in America can you say, “Did you hear about the mass shooting this morning?” and someone can reply, “Which one?”

“Professional surfer Cherif Fall, of Senegal, goes airborne on a big wave during a men’s surfing competition at the fourth annual “A Great Day in the Stoke,” a celebration of Black surf culture in Huntington Beach, on Saturday.”

Man on surfboard, wearing red and black, surrounded by ocean and waves. “Friends celebrate with Nascimento, center, as she takes first place.”

Three Black women hugging and celebrating. “Sidy Camara, of Senegal, celebrates winning first place in the men’s shortboard final.”

Young men carry one man on their shoulders as the crowd cheers them on. “Ismailia Samb, left, and Fall, both of Senegal, congratulate each other after competing in big waves.”

The near daily barrage of deadly mass shootings in America feels like low level warfare against normal citizens who just want to live in peace. And because people keep electing Republicans who won’t do anything about it there’s no solution in sight.
