My wife and I did Cartersville GA on the previous one (the day the MN legislator was assassinated). Bikers for Trump watched us the entire time, lots of middle fingers. But lots of honks as well. Even a honk and thumbs up from a female Bartow county PD officer. It felt good to go there.
My in-laws protested in Rheinlander WI. Mostly red, Sean Duffy represented that district. They’ve had good crowds at their rallies, lots of pissed off farmers and retirees afraid of losing social security and Medicare.
Honestly it would be easier to just make millionaires and billionaires pay their share in taxes and make all associates degrees and pre-K free for everybody. And THEN offer the lottery-funded hope for the balance of the 4-year degree.
A (German) cousin of mine owned one of those (called Die Ente in Germany….The Duck). Weirdest ride I’ve ever been in. But, in retrospect, so damn cool.

Fair question: because she’s obsessed with conspiracies. She was a rabid Qanon reader pre-Congress, jumping from one conspiracy to another. Sex traffickers, space lasers, crisis actors, Rothschilds, all of it. The Epstein files have lived rent-free in her head for years, regardless of politics.
