I love these books. I have the 4-volume Kirby Fourth World hardcovers DC put out a decade or so back...and even so, it's taking significant effort to keep away from the DC Finest Fourth World volume just for that Lois issue. But I'll be going for the Robin, Rock, and Team-Up volumes for sure.

Coppola’s Dracula is the best adaptation of the text but I think Herzog’s Nosferatu perfects the subtext. So much 19th-c horror (Frankenstein, Jekyll/Hyde) is about fear of scientific acceleration but Dracula is the exact opposite, a fear that the supplanted Old World will literally bite back
