feeling a bit rough so i'm on a tap tempo site trying to see what sort pulse i have. it was 110 but i'd just done a bunch of stuff so i chilled for a bit, put my hand to my neck and it seems just as fast as before. tap it out and it says 82.

The irony is, PIP is *supposed* to help us to lead a more "normal" life. Being disabled in an ableist society has a financial burden. PIP is intended to alleviate that.
But the moment it shows any sign of working they try to take it away because "you're not suffering enough."

If I was on PIP, I would be worried that every single "good" day would be used to push me into poverty. I would probably never leave my home. I suppose, really, that's half the point.

Joy because I am here experiencing a second life with loved ones because of advances in treatment, and sadness because so many others are not because of the unjust lottery of life. I think of them and their families, I shed many tears, I live my life unapologetically in honour of them.

i'm really not coping well with the cold. i dunno if it's because my heater is breaking and i should get a new one, or if my walls are letting in more cold, and i should get a second heater. my heater seems to be on a reasonable amount of time before the thermostat clicks but just doesn't feel hot.
