WEAR A WELL-FITTING N95 CONTINUOUSLY IN ALL INDOOR PUBLIC SPACES, wash your hands (flu, unlike covid, persists on surfaces for hours to days), and get vaccinated. N95s are the most important thing. Public health that doesn't focus on them--and clean indoor public air--is not, in fact, public health.

COVID has a strong airborne component, so N95 masks work well to contain it. The flu, on the other hand, has a strong fomite component, so masks might not be the primary prevention tool. What does this mean?

This world seems willing to accept constant violence. I believe that we need more effort in preventing violence, and less effort in promoting violence.
