What I think is even more upsetting is the way a lot of people walk away thinking Glinda is anything other than The Absolute Worst. And of course, the movie absolutely gives Glinda too much credit by suggesting her choices to betray her friend are painful for her.

Also: you can go to the library and request a book if they don't already have it. I've done it! They'll almost always buy the book. The author gets paid, and you didn't have to pay anything if you really don't have the money. There's no justification for stealing an artists' work.
