When all is said and done, AI will likely be both the biggest con and the biggest waste of money in the history of this world.
OpenAI is now at $1.8T in commitments to various AI infrastructure providers over the next few years. HSBC updated its model with some generous numbers on projected revenue from subscriptions. enterprise and ads but still sees a shortfall of over $200B by 2030.

And this is the bull case for OpenAI.

Not only is this argument insane and offensive, I think the humans arguing this position should be stripped of their first amendment rights for debasing the constitution.
BREAKING: RealPage is suing New York, challenging a new state law that bans landlords from using algorithms to set rents.

RealPage claims that its software, which landlords have used to collude on rents, is protected by the First Amendment.
