On the subject of income, I don’t think I’ve changed my rates much in a decade or (more), but the past two years have been the first that clients have balked at the cost for commercial art and graphic recording.

was gonna mic-drop there but actually i just thought:
34) finishing creative projects is a skill in and of itself. if you want to be able to finish large, complex projects, you have to _practice finishing things_. which usually means doing smaller projects.
