Just a note to be very careful when searching Bluesky team, videos are starting to be uploaded appearing to show the incident.

Tentatively looking for an audiobook narrator. NZ accent, preferably a woman, queer friendly, experienced with audiobooks. I'm obviously googling/looking at sites with profiles as well, but any leads or recs welcome.

My migraine medication is so helpful, but boy does it knock me out. Slept all afternoon! I'm not going to get the manuscript submissions done this weekend that I wanted to, but at least I am no longer in skull-splitting pain.

If you're in Ōtautahi, or will be in Ōtautahi sometime before April, go to the art gallery to see Unutai E! Unutai E! Kai Tahu and Anne Noble present images of Te Waipounamu's waterways as part of Kai Tahu's high court freshwater claim. The kōrero on these walls is like nothing else.

While I diverged on seasoning, the technique for making egg fried rice from this post worked beautifully with my cast iron pan. Sharing for my fellow slightly inept cooks.

The NZCTU Te Kauae Kaimahi is condemning select committee changes to the Employment Relations Amendment Bill, which would give bad employers an even greater ability to exploit workers.
