people always talk about innovation being wanted as F1 is not a spec series, but innovation thats "this innovative idea tricks a regulation test" is clearly not right, you want to innovate within regs, not innovate ways to get past regulation tests

If it's written in the rules it's meant to be 16.0 then it can't be 18.0. That's not a loophole, that's blatantly ignoring the rules. It's like saying going at 180km/h in a 120km/h zone is a loophole

Anyone arguing that this engine situation is a loophole and not rules being clearly broken, you might as well be arguing for there to not be any rules in F1, cause essentially that's what you're already doing. I'm all for loopholes but this isn't one, no matter how much you wanna kid yourselves

I think part of the reason I'm upset is because George got so much hate and there are so many people celebrating the fact he lost, not even that Karen won. And I don't get it cause what I've taken from this show is that he's a lovely person. But oh well that was gonna happen no matter who won sadly
I'm sadder about George and Alexis not winning than I thought I would be but I think I'm mostly just sad their partnership is over. It's been one of my absolute favorites ever. Anyway fully planning on being annoying tomorrow and ranking all of George's dances ✌🏻

Iceland has joined in. So we're now at a total of 5 countries. Some updates about Portugal's position: our broadcaster's workers want to withdraw and some artists who'll be participating in the national show will not go to Eurovision if they win. So some pressure is building
Israel's participation has been confirmed in Eurovision and as a consequence 3 countries have already withdrawn: Spain, one of "the big 5", Ireland and the Netherlands. I don't expect it to end here as there are other broadcasters who tend to be aligned with these 3

I'm really excited to see Alba as the Ferrari backed driver for the next F1 Academy season because she has shown a lot of potential but again I'm annoyed at the fact she can only do 2 years so it will be her first and last F1 Academy season with Ferrari 🙃

I'm getting a lot of replies to this about how it doesn't even make sense because Lando isn't a particularly nice person. You are all correct, the thing is when you can't compliment the driving, you have to compliment something else and when there's nothing to compliment you have to make things up
It is incredibly frustrating watching a narrative being built around a wdc being won because a driver is kind and open when those are the same things Charles has been attacked for his entire career, especially in 2022 when Ferrari fumbled his title, but it was blamed on his emotions instead
