The issue is with the people pushing for AI. Not those fighting it.
That's because if they didn't have an AI clause in place in their contracts, then there would be nothing the union could point to in court when suing companies that run afoul.
(Also, the company would have to get all the old actors' permission first)

I think this explains the massive disconnect we see in how CEOs talk about AI versus everyone else. It also raises the question of how useful it truly is for frontline work?
