Why "seemingly"? As any math teacher knows, claims of 100%+ price cuts are 100% impossible.

An ICE officer pushed a photojournalist to the ground today at immigration court at 26 Federal Plaza in NYC.

The photojournalist couldn't get up afterwards, and EMS was called.
