Had a conversation last week where an employee asked if there were any 'AI tools' for Excel to 'speed up and improve data entry'.

Ignoring the whole 'you realise you're going to spend more time sense checking the output', I can't think of a clearer admission of 'I've been blagging it for years'...

He's being prosecuted in an Italian court and their laws consider passing off and copyright theft as 'unfair competition'.

It seems like he's using confusion between different legal systems to extract sympathy (and money).

Hardly. GW had a fundamentally valid case against Chapterhouse - the latter was using the IP commercially without permission.

GW just lost portions of the case because a) they were attempting to enforce generic terms (such as 'space marine' and 'shoulder pad') and...

They lost 2/3 of the case. They only 'won' because Chapterhouse wound up their business due to the financial cost of the case.
