I'm pretty sure this is legalese because they probably got it from a stock provider, and saying that will get them in trouble with the stock provider.

people joke about it a lot but the reason for it is that the panels are often too low to comfortably have your elbows at a 90 degree angle, which is the real goal
if you're short you often don't need to stance up at all

If you see my posts you probably play rhythm game so here's a reminder to stretch your wrists before playing and check your posture.
I see so many people not doing it and it makes a world of difference. You may be okay now, but the cost of these things is way lower than losing your hands.
