I can see 'energy' bills reducing by at least half compared to today if people install solar, a battery, buy an EV and electrify everything.

But electricity 'bills' are unlikely to do so for those who don't.

Thankfully Labor has stopped promising lower bills.

For a multitude of reasons, that is unlikely to ever happen.

Not least of which is the fact that the energy portion of 'bills' can be as low as 30%.
