Is it possible big name retailers for you to provide insulated snow suits, sleeping bags & blankets to ppl who show their snap cards w/ID?

Is it possible to provide socks gloves & boots bc that money will need to be used to eat too?

Some ppl double down knowing they been fooled (ego pride guilt shame) and won't change direction.
