I note this is a very large crowd. Remember the Oct. 21 ICE raid on Canal Street? Hundreds of people confronted the agents, forcing them to retreat to their HQ. All of that was spontaneous.

Similarly, I expect many of the folks pictured below are outraged passersby, not per se activists.
ICE still FROZEN at Centre St & Howard in lower Manhattan right now as calls continue circulating for people to join.

documenting what federal agents are doing is proving to be a critical part of the resistance. it's also frequently used in court as key evidence in against DHS lies. keep those camera's up!
Happening now near Canal Street, federal agents had been staging inside a fed owned parking garage, now being confronted by a group of protesters. masked agents are looking on from above.

Right. This is normally a prelude to imminent war. But no one knows if the us president is serious or had a bad breakfast or is making an insane joke or had a stroke or whatever.
This seems like the kind of declaration by a U.S. president that should be mentioned *somewhere* on the front page of CNN or the NY Times, but the fact that it isn't (as of right now) tells us so much both about how this president is covered and the credibility of the U.S. government.
Might be kicking off.

The Airbus jets affected are active, not parked somewhere. A mutual said her flight earlier this week was delayed for some hours while software was updated.

Technically, what's happening is the software is being reverted to an earlier version, which takes 2-3 hours. This story says it's >6k planes.
⚠️✈️ An emergency recall today on Airbus 320 jets due to a flight control software issue will heavily impact several airlines, including GlobalX who performs the majority of ICE Air contracted flights 😮

Now he is going to be granted a pardon by President Trump — not even a commutation — and be freed from a 45-year prison sentence.
