I preordered the game so I think I'll be getting that DLC, I'll certainly be playing those fights at least. It just seemed like even among the ultra nerd action gamers I know, they just weren't talking about the game past like, week 1. But perhaps that's just my own circle.

I got bored at around the third set of levels, but I'll finish it sometime at least. It does seem to me like the game in general has near vanished from the general gaming consciousness, but it has been a huge bumper year for games I suppose.

I was very much hyped for it but came away disappointed. I don't think it's a *bad* game, no. It has beautiful artwork and the combat is fun (for a while), but the levels quickly became way too big and inorganic and the half-assed Metroidvania stuff hurt the game a lot for me.
