It shows up at the top of my Bluesky Home page, alongside "Following" and the special feeds I've added. I don't recall signing up for Catch Up, and thought itwas part of the basic package. I visit bsky.app via the web, if that matters.

Bluesky "Catch Up" feed is great. I can walk away for a whole day, and know I can check in later and, well, catch up.

These numbers are so easy, my guess as to what's going on: Since they lifted the age limit, they're getting lots of olds who (like me) have back/knee/etc issues that prevent them from running 1.5 miles, period, even if they allowed an hour.
