I was laid off from Teen Vogue this week, alongside multiple other phenomenal team members.

At our Summit, I was asked how it felt to be 1 of 2 Black women left and what that meant for representation. Now, there are no Black women at Teen Vogue and that is incredibly painful to think about.

A Chicago woman shot by ICE agent has been released from custody because body cam confirmed the agent lied about why he shot her 5 times. He fled to Maine in the ICE vehicle. A Federal judge has ordered he be apprehended & sent back to Chicago-facing up to 20yrs in prison.

My experience voting in NYC:

1. No ID required
2. Zohran on the ballot twice in the top row
3. Eric Adams, who dropped out to avoid splitting the vote, still on the ballot
4. Cuomo in the bottom right corner, 2nd row

in ny state multiple parties can endorse same candidate, which is why a candidate can appear twice. only one registered party that appears

A logical system would be you vote for a person + party, so all votes for Zohran #2 would go towards the 2nd party

I asked, and of course, if you vote for Zohran #1 or Zohran #2, they're added together for the Democrats
