some big youtuber posted on twitter part way into season 2 that it was just "middle aged women with strong jawlines having emotions at each other" and you can't buy that kind of marketing. LOL
my favourite Wheel of Time hate comment i've seen said "no one wants to see middle aged women kissing" and i felt the sapphic internet rise up as one

the best gay book for spooky season is The Secret Casebook of Simon Feximal by KJ Charles, which opens with the sexiest ghost story imaginable, and improbably turns into a gorgeous multidecade love story (with lots of ghosts and monsters)
