All this talk of “50 year mortgages” reminds me of a friend who got a job as a mailman directly out of high school.
He bought a condo—a decent one in the Philly suburbs of South Jersey—shortly after starting. A homeowner at 19.
This was possible in the 1990s. Now it may as well be a fairy tale.

I wonder how this ties in with the MAHA anti-traditional healthcare focus — will these “accounts” be used for naturopaths, alternative medicine, supplements hawked by influencers?
There are some good people in alternative medicine, but the potential for scams will be astounding. And it isn’t cheap.
