In other words, if you're non-white, ICE/CBP will assume you are a non-citizen until you can prove otherwise, and they won't accept your Real ID as proof of citizenship.
Bovino, the man overseeing mass deportations, publicly declared that we must all have our papers on us, at all times, or we could be stopped, harassed, kidnapped, and detained, as they did with the man in this case, who is a US citizen.

Toured high schools in Jefferson County, CO yesterday because one of the parents there said there were huge differences in the resources to the white and rich school compared to the poor and more Hispanic school.
