This is how ICE agents responded after watching a mother of three bleed out in her car after they shot her multiple times in the head.

You and your wife drop your 6-year-old off at school. You just moved here. You see ICE terrorizing your new neighbors. You film them, as is your legal right. Your wife complies with orders. She is then shot in the head. You still have to pick up your child later today.

This could be you.

they’re abducting our neighbors and putting them in concentration camps and they’ll shoot you in the fucking face if you don’t cheer them on while they’re doing it.

Are we supposed to call our reps and tell them we don’t like when the president engages in overt war crimes, or can we trust them to get there on their own?

Big tech already threw in its lot with fascism and the only thing Dems should actually do is anti-trust them out of existence and let them beg for scraps

You cannot imagine the rage I felt the first time I got a " we will be conducting a shelter-in-place drill today" email from my child's school.
Feels like an area where Vance's age hurts him. There's a generation gap here; I graduated HS in 2000, and Columbine was a freak, horrifying event. We didn't grow up with mass shooter drills, nor did people older than me.

If you're over 40, "nothin' we can do about mass shootings" sounds crazy.
conservatives like school shootings, in pretty much the same way they like crime. a terrified and unsafe population makes people more distrustful and reactionary, and they have the fun bonus of helping to destroy the public education system.

Just want to say -- as a product of public schools -- that public education is a bastion of democracy.

Thus the right's plan to destroy it.
