Four/eight characters got good character development, storyline and moments. The other four had to line up with the book/movie and literally nothing made any sense narratively (to me). I'll leave you to decide which are which #wickedforgood #wickedspoilers

💯 As I say in my book, not only is it a trauma fact that one can heal wo forgiving, but Jewish law doesn’t require the harmed party to forgive their harmdoer— ded if they don’t do EVERY step of repentance
& if the harm is trauma-level, as I read the sources, there’s no obligation, even if they do.

Today’s concept of “forgiveness” is pushed on survivors of SA, DV, or other abuse as the only way to “move on” and heal from their trauma. This is nothing but patriarchal garbage. You can survive and thrive without “forgiving” those who have caused you trauma.
