10+ yrs ago I made a femroe to try out the game as the new HW expac came out.
In Nov & Dec 2017 I made a couple alts to replay the story, see other city-state starts, 1 was my fanfic WoL & she refused to behave as initially planned.
In Dec 2019 I made a bunny I didn't intend to keep & here we are.

No one gets to look like they did in their 20s all their life, but one of the things I am finding gratifying (and also, a bit of a relief) is that as I age I'm finding people my age continue to be beautiful. It makes leaving youth behind easier, although I still miss the knees of my 20s.

I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.

And this is for the basic entry level positions, production teams & call center. People who need the jobs, need the money, some of them barely surviving & needing to work. But getting a job w/out current tech is darn near impossible.

The requirements are such these days that if you can't use an authenticator on your phone w/ ability to read QR codes & connect w/ our systems, you can't work for my company. New hires have been pushed back a class while resolving their phone issues. If they can.

I doubt we're the only company.

Always a little fascinating when people discuss writing in media and one camp is discussing the writing as events that happened, while the other camp is discussing the writing as choices that were made by the creators.

I feel like a lot of disagreements comes from mismatch of those camps.

While the drugs may have earned a bad reputation from serving as a center-point in the trans-debate, their original use was to limit precocious puberty, and the potential negative effects that come with it.
Their effects are not permanent, and once a child lets their blocking treatment lapse, puberty will just continue as normal.

This is totally true, and I'd like to add: there's also character identity to consider.
FFXIV is a game in which one character can play every job. That's part of the WoL's lore. So it makes sense that you could blend different styles from different jobs in one outfit.

I look forward to creative new glam options for many jobs & losing some duplicate items across roles clogging my dresser space.
