I'm honestly really on board with Gaia for XIV, but largely because it means we get to dodge the 'who should the XIV rep be' discourse for a little longer and have a choice that everyone agrees is kind of wild.

(for my money, it should probably be Minfilia.)

Oh actually one more thing, not a canon thing that doesn't apply to him but rather one I've not seen mentioned but that I think is noteworthy for not being true for many other wols but that IS true for him: he did choose to give Laurentius a second chance and did recruit him.

Feo Ul's ideal number of sapling calls is significantly greater than the number of Feo-Ul-Calling situations in the known universe.

Also he calls Feo Ul constantly. Often it's his first response to any problem that cannot easily be resolved by hitting things with a stick or pretending that there is not a problem. This doesn't mean Feo Ul doesn't complain that he fails to call upon them often enough, mind.

There are a lot of other things that aren't relevant to him (anything that implied he resents being given menial tasks, for a start) but THE ONE POOP JOKE, MY BELOATHED.

(Dawntrail's take on it was acceptable and did in fact teach him something new at least.)

I cannot overstate that Marcel knows what poop is, has no concerns at all about handling it so long as he can wash his hands, and is not at all scandalized by the fact that it can be used for a variety of practical things.

#wolqotd Has there ever been a stand out moment in game where there was something said/assumption made to your wol/oc that is fitting to the base the wol should be that was just laughably wrong? Not just “they wouldn’t say that” but “you would NEVER say that about them”
