i struggle with a brain that wants to stiffly copy whatever reference i'm using and one thing i've found helpful:
1. draw big blocky shapes over the reference
2. turn off ref and redraw big blocky shapes
3. draw in figure with big blocky shapes overlaid

So either the EHRC lied in our FOI request and have not done one, or they are also trying to withhold the Equality Impact Assessment from Parliament. /1

Note the absence of mentioning that they quietly withdrew their interim guidance Before the new Code was implemented.

Can't have Parliament wondering if that's because of widespread national and international condemnation.

Turns out, the entire graph is based on an egregious math and statistics error.

Had a rare occasion this morning hitting notification cap on Facebook, the day after a new article released about the Darlington Nurses sham suit. Very comforting to know the local bigots, loud as they are, are objectively a tiny minority.

Fortunately thus far it's been because I often have correct opinions & can express them clearly. Which is to say, So many likes. 😄

Spent all day reading briefs in Louisiana v. Callais and watching white people argue that the 14th amendment is a race-neutral colorblind amendment and citing Plessy for that proposition has me so angry. Just.. come the fuck on.

The Reconstruction Amendments were not intended to be race-neutral.
