Have you ever tried run-walking? Like run for a minute, walk for 30 seconds? A little walking before you *have* to walk can be a game changer. (Over time add running, subtract walking.)

Watched Episode 1 of #TheYakuzaBoss’sBeloved and yes, this is *exactly* the fluffy, tropey bullshit I needed tonight. Two thumbs up!

We did a big bedroom switcheroo at our house to let the older kid have their own room, which resulted in me sleeping on a kid mattress for the last week. (OMG, the things you do to make your kids happy!) Tonight’s my first night with a new grownup mattress, I’m so excited I could levitate.
