I’ve been in fandom for 25 years and have been EXCEPTIONALLY lucky to have largely had very positive experiences. But just now I had such a gross and negative interaction I literally left a discord server over it. My hands are still shaking! Okay then!!

Bought a mirror for the guest room, tried to hang on...abject failure. The d-rings on it are at an angle and I swear to god, we measured the distance 300 TIMES, but having made FOUR HOLES in the all & failed still, we have given up. Any advice?? This is miserable. I DON'T THINK WE ARE THE PROBLEM.

Turns out it's Mary McDonald, the actress! No idea she went to my high school. Second most is someone I personally went to school with from middle through high school & didn't realize they became famous until they popped in a FIC & I was like, haha, same name, so funny!
