New management came and gone and decided that arrangement wasn't "fair." I said I believed that this kind of situation constituted a hostile work environment, and that's when they fired me.

Oh, you don't know the half of it. You see, I was working the position I was at the time because a coworker was being almost psychotic in their abuse of me, so that instead of just firing that person, they just reassigned me to an out-of-town office, while permitting the use of a company vehicle.

Literally happened to me last week. They demanded I get my own car or get reassigned, I told them they need to pay me enough to afford it, negotiations broke down and the kicked me out.

Thinking about how in my last job, I accepted a job internally after noticing it being advertised, only to get a couple extra tasks out of it and then absolutely nothing else.

I still feel bad about not having that job anymore but the organization of that place was a joke.

It took three years after my workplace was bought out, but my job made a demand of me I couldn't fulfill without them paying me more and now I am out of a job. Art is currently my only source of income now, and I have nothing but time to work on #commission.
