Vaughan Mayor Steven Del Duca who eliminated speed cameras recently, now wants CCTV cameras that will be equipped with automated license plate recognition as "residents are fed up with “scumbag” criminals."

Residents also fed up with drivers killing people. 'Scumbags' speeding, braking the law.

Tron is one of those things I don’t understand how it became popular (even as a cult film) beyond the Disneyfied cyberpunk plot, because the aesthetics are just unpleasant to look at in live action. One of the very few films to give me a headache based solely on how it looks.
