I’m thankful for Mr. Chang-kuei for inventing one of my fav dishes.
Fun fact: This dish was invented by a Hunan chef named Peng Chang-kuei, who fled his country, that shares the birthplace with the actual General Tso. It was invented in New York City in the 1970s.
