Trump's reference to the "enemy within" is not about immigrants. If you still think this is about immigrants, you're missing the plot. Trump has declared war on Americans who believe in democracy--all Americans who who oppose his incipient dictatorship. The majority of us.

I just reapplied and my new premium will be $1062/month.

Yes. Presidential pardons are unlimited.
Although the US is not part of the ICC, that doesn't mean the next president can't send someone along to them anyway, if the ICC issues warrants for crimes against humanity.
