RedBubble has again decided that satire and parody have no discussion in the matter. I'm not allowed to have a defence because this big company acted first.

Yet another one of my pieces has gotten taken down from RedBubble due to "copyright complaints". Going to contest this again but my hopes are pretty low after how the last one panned out.

RedBubble's official stance is that Strawberry Shortcake's IP holder's opinion is more important than mine and there's nothing more I'm allowed to do about it.

Pretty disappointed since I'm proud of that design but it is how it is. It can't be sold but you can still view it in the usual places.

Quick update: Strawberry IP Holdings LLC has decided that this design infringes their copyright and took the listing down.

I'm going to argue that this falls under parody and is a legally distinct design, but no promises it'll come back.

Potential for those of you who do business via Stripe even without LGBTQ stuff.

Call saying that you have overheard from a LGBTQ client that they are boycotting your business due to hearing about Stripe's discrimination and are losing customers, and you will switch processors to keep your clients.

Call up whatever local LGBT organizations exist in your area, gay activist groups, gay bars, pride organizing committees, folks who schedule drag shows, queer church groups, everyone.

Also libraries and bookstores.

Show up in person to talk to any business using Stripe.

Same during my call- the wording I used was “non-explicit, legal, non-adult LGBT content”, and I got back the response that “yes, stripe is blocking this. We’re a private company, we make our own rules about it.” Was hung up on when I asked why.

Mouthwashing is a masterpiece telling an important message, and having it de-indexed is entirely unacceptable.
By censoring the topics they've chosen to, they are eliminating criticism and critique of said topics.

We HAVE to fight back.
