The palette swap sci-fi dungeons are Phantasy Star IV's greatest weakness
The only major flaw I would point out is the background work. The character sprites are brilliant but the backgrounds and areas have this tendency to lack depth and definition, so they blend together and make everything look a lot less detailed (and more amateurish) than the game actually is.

Rob Reiner was one of the key people behind the effort to go to court to overturn California's anti-marriage equality Proposition 8 when it passed in 2008.

It’s so cool that every website is just Like This now. We used to send guys to the chair for putting pop-up ads on their sites. Now if I want to read something I have to read single lines between autoplaying video ads that use so much RAM they force the browser to reload every 5 seconds.
