According to SCMP (major English news media in Hong Kong), the rapid spread of fire is suspected to be caused by the the green meshes and styrofoams sealed on the windows, both of which are highly flammable. Bamboo scaffoldings were NEVER the major cause of this tragedy.

According to SCMP (major English news media in Hong Kong), the rapid spread of fire is suspected to be caused by the the green meshes and styrofoams sealed on the windows, both of which are highly flammable. Bamboo scaffoldings were NEVER the major cause of this tragedy.
