Eby is right and it’s particularly unacceptable given reporting that the pipeline will go to BC’s coast. Let’s hope he stands firm not just about participating in the talks but also in opposition to the pipeline.

By using the not withstanding clause to first end the teacher strike, and now push these bigoted than bills through Smith is showing she has no respect for the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
