This is probably lame but playing cozy video games like A Little to the Left does more for my anxiety than any deep breathing exercise I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried a lot of them

My tattoo tip is if you’re getting a character go to an artist that’s familiar with the content so when your artist asks “what is this” when he’s tattooing Garrus Vakarian on you, you don’t panic trying to explain who he is without spilling that you want to fuck a bug man
