Three babies in Kentucky have died of whooping cough.

They weren’t vaccinated and neither were their mothers.

This is RFK Jr’s legacy. A trail of dead kids who never had a chance.

They didn’t get to decide about vaccination. Adults chose for them & they paid with their life.

8/ The real issue isn’t processed vs. unprocessed, but that healthy, minimally processed food needs to be more affordable, accessible, and practical for people with limited time or money. In short, we need to improve America’s food chain.

The most powerful propaganda machine of the last 100 years was probably convincing us that bald eagles are majestic.
Herons are majestic. Falcons are majestic. Eagles are 10 seconds away from eating the most vile offal and building a brush pile held together by chance alone and calling it a nest.

“They can’t do that! The ADA protects you!”

People love to say this when you tell them you’ve been discriminated against or mistreated for being disabled

Just because someone technically shouldn’t do something, doesn’t mean they won’t

Dealing with discrimination is a part of being disabled

5/ Over and over, all over the country, that's all it took: a traffic stop.

We counted around 150 kids who ended up in federal shelters — oftentimes separated from their families — because they were in a vehicle that got pulled over.
ICE Sent 600 Immigrant Kids to Detention in Federal Shelters This Year. It’s a New Record.
Under a zero tolerance policy, the first Trump administration separated immigrant children from their families at the U.S.-Mexico border. New data suggests separations are happening all over the count...

There are more people organizing and pushing back against the regime today than there were in the first term. There are more people in more places (rural towns and big cities across the country). I think it's really strange how resistant some people are to these facts. I wonder what's going on.

There is no denying that lack of access to resources can absolutely make trauma recovery exponentially harder-- & there's also no denying that the only real security we can count on in recovery comes from developing skills & tools NO ONE can take away from us.

Company towns are a rat trap, and corporate, as always, are bastards
The article mentions that the towns population is only 11500 which is damning enough at 27% of the pop out of a job except 11500 is total population. If you apply Lexingtons 58% pop 18-64 age range its terminating jobs for 58% of adults

this kills the town
