New PBO report out today, that finds that in the first 5 years of the Build Canada Homes program, it's will have $7.3 billion of spending on an accrual basis ($13 billion on a cash basis) and lead to fewer than 26,000 homes being built.

My bro thinks every interesting pic or video is AI by definition of it being interesting
Two things I've observed of intelligent people recently, both of which are disconcerting:

1) In awe of an entertaining deepfake video, even denying it was AI generated after the suggestion was made.

2) Attributing a disturbing, authentic video to AI, rather than accepting it as legit.
