My issue with a cap is that it does not guarantee a level playing field. It only guarantees a bigger cut for the owners. Without more equitable revenue sharing, a cap really doesn’t do shit. The first thing that will happen is rich teams will find ways to circumvent the ceiling, cheap ones the floor
