"Allegedly"; from her own slush fund then. 🤫
Didn't the Queen give it to him from her own pocket?
Are you sure? I haven't seen anything official saying he has relinquished his titles, only that he won't use them.
I bet Charlie still calls him "York" at home. 🤫

Credit where credit is due. They refused to sign to say that they would only report what they were told to.
Yes. The White House Press Secretary should accurately reflect the personality of the President. 👍
What upset her? You'd think it was a reasonable question. 🫤
The US units are arguably older than Imperial. The clue's in the name. The Imperial system only goes back to 1829 by which time the US was not part of the Empire.
Nae King! Nae Queen! Nae Duke of York! We willnae be fooled again! Nac Mac Feegle wahay! 😁
Thanks. Subscribed. 👍
I can't disagree 😂
The statement says he'll no longer use them. It doesn't say that he has given them up.

As far as I can see, he has kept his titles, he's just not using them. He's still the Duke of York. 🤔
This on the other hand, on a wall in the offices of a Republican Senator *is* offensive 🤷
You'd really have to *want* to be offended 🤣😂
What I make of it is that she trolled Trump a while ago, and therefore there are some maga bots set specifically to find *anything* that can be thrown at her. 🤷
"I will no longer use ..." isn't the same as "I will relinquish ..."
I don't think he's been on the civil list since he "stepped back", but I also noticed that he hasn't said he has relinquished his titles. The quote I read said he would "stop using them". So still technically the Duke of York (as well as all his other titles). He's just not using them in public.
I'm, a big Star Trek fan, but not big enough to pay for yet another streaming service. 🤷
I applaud the point, but they don't use Imperial measures. As an example, a US pint is 16 fluid ounces, and an Imperial pint is 20 fluid ounces (and the fluid ounces is a (marginally) different amount).
They're not even pretending to be professional any more. If this is the level of White House briefings, why would real journalists even bother attending?

Aside from Russian media boosting Farage’s every speech in the European Parliament, he made 17 appearances on state broadcaster, Russia Today. In one appearance he claimed Europe is governed not by elected democracies but instead "by the worst people we have seen in Europe since 1945".
Nigel Farage now says that any suggestion he's been soft on Putin is "just nonsense".

Here's a quick reminder of what he's said in the past
As seen from the directors' box, the fans were simply part of the entertainment, a bit like the Roman Arena, maybe?

Has he forgotten that there's a reason football fans are segregated?
I have a question for Americans. When I see videos of Donald Trump standing for the national anthem, he's never still. He's always wobbling around. Is that an American thing, or a Trump thing? Why can't he just stand at attention?
"indistinguishable"? Really?🤔
