Yes your taxes should support disabled people.

They should support homeless people.

They should support those living in poverty, children and the elderly.

This is literally the purpose of taxes, and I would far rather support those who need it than continue to enrich the elite.

When we were leaving the building, my mother asked me if I wanted to go to the bookstore for a sweatshirt; I said I never wanted anything to do with that place ever again.
She kissed my ass the rest of the trip. She knew she'd finally pushed me too far.

It's been more than 30 years, and I'm still pissed off. I didn't even want to be there. I felt awful. I knew it was bad; she didn't have to be a bitch about it.

My mother made me audition for a vocal music program at a college in Texas (that I didn't want to go to), because they'd received a grant and tuition was low.
I was sick as a dog when we went, the staff showed up late for my audition, the accompanist fucked up mid-song. Just an awful go of it.
