Her open mouth reveals a set of fangs, her intent implied to be nefarious. The title of the book is colored with a yellow gradient, with the ‘M’ in Mark similar to a set of fangs. Small dots of Braille writing repeat the title, a reference to the one woman’s blindness.

Remember your favorite creator possibly might be struggling with imposter syndrome and doubt and this timeline sucks.. so if you find yourself thinking “wow I really relate to this persons work” or that persons work gives you joy, you should probably tell them. It’s a hard time to be a creative.

I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.

Opened the file for my first novel attempt, before a hard drive crash knocked the wind out of my sails.
At 20k words, that's not too shabby of a start though. If I could only write chapter by chapter, rather than jumping around, it would've been done years ago.
