Zero arrests by NYPD is actually astounding to me

I went through the article quickly and can note that I saw the word Democrat a few times, and only alluding to Republicans / GOP with such terms as Reagan appointee or current administration, it's like Republican was implied -- your observation seems like a significant omission by propublica IMHO
